How to exercise the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is exercised by means of a simple communication by calling +39 3483814268 or via mail orientalart@hotmail.it by the Customer

at the  "ORIENTAL ART by Faridah bte Ahmad c.s.a.s. Via Marcello Celentano 25 / a, 70121, (BARI)
This communication must necessarily contain all of the following:

       The order number for which the withdrawal is exercised;
       The express wish of the Customer to want to cancel all or part of the purchase;
       The description and the codes of the articles for which the right of withdrawal is exercised;
 

Supplier withdrawal

The ORIENTAL ART of Faridah bte Ahmad c.s.a.s. if it is impossible to process the order requested due to the temporary unavailability of the product ordered, has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 24 hours will be contacted and reimbursed the full amount already paid, pursuant to art. . 6, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 185/99. In this case, the customer will be entitled exclusively to the refund of any sum already paid.

costs and fees

if the ordered item does not match the ordered one, it will be refunded to the entire sum paid

if instead you decide to postpone the item back to rethink it will be refunded only in cost of the item excluding shipping costs.
