1. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal In accordance with European regulations, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us via:

2. Shipping Costs and Refunds

  • Non-compliant/Wrong item: Full refund (including shipping costs).

  • Change of mind: Refund of the item cost only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

  • Product Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Processing time: Refunds are processed within 3 business days after receiving the return.
