L 'Oṃ (), Sacred syllable that is pronounced at the beginning or at the end of a reading of the Vedas it is a Sanskrit word that appears already in the sacred texts of the Arii from the twentieth century before Christ and perhaps much earlier. Represents the Creation of the Universe and the sound of Om is associated with the Primal Vibration of the Universe itself and of all the Creation of the Universe Om is spiritual energy. This is a great benefit for both our body and mind and can be sung, repeated under our breath or even mentally. This "sacred" syllable which is then a mantra is sung at the beginning and at the end of a yoga class.
